Introduction

Firenze Arti Visive was founded as an innovative studio arts and Italian culture program which brings new ideas and different approaches to living and learning in Florence, Italy. The program is a privileged place where students can become more conscious of themselves and of the cultural reality surrounding them according to their personal ways of perceiving and communicating. More of an artist’s studio than a school where, through small classes, multidisciplinary courses, guided visits and meetings with artists and curators, students have the opportunity to carry out on their own an exploration of expressive art and cultural studies aimed at their achieving a greater awareness.
